Privacy Policy

Your email and account credentials (via our authentication provider), and the business data you enter — deals, brand contacts, expenses, contracts, and similar records — stored securely in our database. Access is restricted to your account only via Row Level Security.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

TrackFloww is free during early access — we do not collect any payment information at this time. If paid plans are introduced later, payment processing will be handled by a PCI-compliant third-party provider and we will never store your card details ourselves.

Data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Danger zone, or by emailing us.

We may use aggregated, anonymized data (e.g. general usage patterns) to improve the product — never your individual deal or financial details.

This app is intended for use by individuals in India; if you are located elsewhere, data may be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act).
