Terms of Service

TrackFloww is currently free to use during early access. Paid plans may be introduced later; if that happens, we will notify existing users by email at least 30 days in advance and give you the opportunity to cancel or export your data before any charge applies.

No payment information is collected during early access.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the deal, contract, and financial information you enter. TrackFloww does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of contracts generated through the Deal Builder — please review any generated contract before sending it to a brand.

You retain ownership of all data you enter. Data can be exported at any time via the Settings page (JSON backup or CSV).

TrackFloww is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Contract templates and downloadable PDFs are provided as a convenience and starting point only.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone. Deletion permanently removes your account and all associated data across our systems.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
